How do I set my Echo360 password?
Most users access Echo360 with their Tufts username and password. However, in order to log into classroom devices and start and stop captures, instructors will need to set a native Echo password. Once you set a native Echo password, you can use it to log into classroom devices.
Note: Only users who need to log into classroom devices to start and stop captures need to create a native Echo password. Instructors in Health Sciences schools and other programs where captures are scheduled by administrators can continue to log into Echo360 with their Tufts username and password.
Go to the Echo360 login page and select "Alternate Login."
Visit https://echo360.org to see the login screen.
Select "Forgot your password?"
Enter your Tufts email address and select "Send Email"
You will receive an email from email@example.com with a link to reset your password.
Visit the link and set a new password.
To log into a classroom device, use your Tufts email address and your native Echo password.
If you have difficulty logging into a device with your native Echo password, check the device URL. If it ends with "/advanced," it is asking for the device's admin login and password. Delete the "/advanced" from the URL and try logging in again.
