While a full paper-based exam is not an option, you can convert your exam to a digital format with a scratch paper option. ProctorU can handle some paper-based answers and “scratch paper” submissions if students need to show their work. However proctors are unable to supervise either the submission or destruction of scratch paper.

If you wish to review your students' scratch paper, you will need to set up a separate file-submission assignment in Canvas which student can use to upload photos of their work after they disconnect from ProctorU.
