For Instructors - How do I review an incident report?
When a student takes a proctored exam in ProctorU, the AI feature and the human proctor take note of actions or behaviors that may indicate a breach of academic integrity.
When this is the case, it's very important that you review both the incident report, and the video of the student's exam session.
ProctorU will email you a link to the Incident Report for review.
Most of these flagged actions are false positives. For example, if a student completes and submits their exam, then closes their ProctorU session before logging out of Canvas, this will result in a "low-priority" Incident Report.
