Requesting Access to a Former Tufts User's Content

Requests to access the online or digital content of any former Tufts user—student, faculty, or staff:

  • Must be made by a manager or director in a school, department or division
  • Can only be granted if approved in an official ticketing process using the form linked below

This includes request to access content in:

  • Local (C:) and network (Q:) drives
  • Research (R:) store drive
  • Box
  • Microsoft (Outlook email, OneDrive, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
  • Zoom
  • Canvas

Your request will be reviewed by Tufts Technology Services, and if approved will be forwarded to staff who can assist you accessing the content.
