Requesting Access to a Former Tufts User's Content
Requests to access the online or digital content of any former Tufts user—student, faculty, or staff:
- Must be made by a manager or director in a school, department or division
- Can only be granted if approved in an official ticketing process using the form linked below
This includes request to access content in:
- Local (C:) and network (Q:) drives
- Research (R:) store drive
- Box
- Microsoft (Outlook email, OneDrive, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
- Zoom
- Canvas

Request Access to Former Faculty, Student or Staff Data
Your request will be reviewed by Tufts Technology Services, and if approved will be forwarded to staff who can assist you accessing the content.
