Logging into Duo on Anatomy Lab iPads
This is a two step process.
- Before entering the lab, you must generate a Bypass Code. Note the code and bring it with you when you enter the Anatomy Lab.
- Inside the lab, when you no longer have your phone available, use the code to access Canvas or other Duo protected services.
Important: Authentication Process Restrictions
This process is available only to users who have been pre-configured in advance. You may only use the bypass code to log in to the Anatomy Lab iPads or use another pre-approved process.
Never share your username, password, or bypass code with anyone, under any circumstances. No one from Tufts Technology Services (TTS) will ever ask you for your username, password, or bypass code.
Log in to the Duo Security Website
We recommend generating the bypass code on a laptop/desktop. It is possible to create the bypass code on a mobile device. It can be confusing to authenticate on this site from the same device where Duo is installed.
Click "Generate Duo Bypass Code"

You will need this 9 digit code to access any Duo enabled sites on the iPad.
Bring the code with you when you enter the Anatomy Lab
Open Canvas and Login
Go to https://canvas.tufts.edu/ and log in as normal. Using your tufts username and password.
Choose "I don't have Duo Mobile Installed"
Click "Other Options"
Choose "Bypass Code"
Enter the Code You Noted Earlier
Choose "No, others use this device"
