Summary: Students can search all patient logs for specific words to pull the specific logs containing the searched word with the count of entries. A complete download of each patient log divided by log field is also available.

Type the search word into the Search box. A list of responses will populate for selection.

Click the “Download History (csv)” to download a sorted by patient log fields and sub-fields CSV file. This file will give a count for the base patient log field and then further break it down into sub-fields counts.

With additional MS Excel options, the header row of patient log fields could be further filtered.
