How do I create a Padlet account?
For Padlet's School platform, you will need to create a Tufts Padlet account. This will allow you to login to Padlet via SAML (Dual Factor Authentication).
Navigate to padlet.com/tufts
Using the browser of your choice, enter padlet.com/tufts in to the URL box.
Click Continue with SAML
Log in with your Tufts User ID (UTLN) and Password
This is the Dashboard of Padlet - Select +Make to start a new padlet
Click Blank board to open a blank padlet
From the +Make a padlet option, you can choose to start a blank padlet or blank Sandbox or choose from a template.
After you have created the padlet you plan to use you can add the padlet as an assignment within Canvas for your students to collaborate on.
NOTE: Please note that if you already have a padlet account, creating a Tufts Padlet account will create a second account.
You can import previously created Padlets. This will transfer the original Padlet but will NOT transfer over any comments or contributions not created by you.
