PlayLab.ai Collaboration Features
Collaboration can be used to share with other authors.
This article details how to share apps with other authors (faculty and staff with a playlab.ai license) at Tufts.
To allow students or anyone to chat with your app, you can:
- Use the Canvas LTI integration
- Publish the app to the public and then use the 'create link' button.
To Add Collaborators Click on "Publish and Share"
This is the most common sharing feature for Tufts faculty and staff on this page.
Add Collaborators Individually to the App
Give the Collaborator Editor Permissions
Collaborators are other authors who can do everything you can. They can modify the app, see the activity stream, download the JSON history, and publish the app. Collaborators must be added individually.
You can add collaborators before or after you publish the app.
Workspaces
Workspaces are like a classroom or controlled work area inside Playlab. You can use these to build and share with other authors, but the above collaboration features are probably more flexible and useful.
Collections
Collections are like playlists in Playlab. Because students do not have access to the Playlab website, this is of limited use at this time.
