Accessing Gradescope with your Tufts credentials
If you have an existing Gradescope account with a [email protected] email address, please go to Adding your Tufts email to your Gradescope account before logging in with your Tufts credentials.
Go to gradescope.com.
Click on "Log In."
NOTE: You do not need to click "Sign Up".
Click "School Credentials."
Select "Tufts University Username" from the list of schools
Log in with your Tufts username and password.
If this is your first time logging into Gradescope, a new account will be created and associated with your @tufts.edu email address.
For easier access to the login in the future, bookmark the Tufts login page: https://www.gradescope.com/auth/saml/tufts.
Adding your Tufts email to your existing Gradescope Account
If you already have a Gradescope account with an email that is not your @tufts.edu email address, follow these steps to add your @tufts.edu email address to your Gradescope account prior to using the Tufts single sign-on.
If you used the Tufts login to Gradescope before adding your Tufts email to your existing account, see Merging two Gradescope accounts.
Open the "Account" menu and select "Edit Account."
Click "Account" in the lower left-hand corner of the screen to access the account menu.
Click the "+ Add Email" button on the "Account Settings" page.
Enter your @tufts.edu email address in the "New Email Address" field and click "Add Email."
Confirm your new email address.
Gradescope will send an email to your @tufts.edu email address. Click the link in that email to confirm the email address.
After you complete these steps you can use the Tufts login to access your existing Gradescope account using the instructions above.
Merging two Gradescope accounts
If you have an existing Gradescope account with a [email protected] email address, but did not add your tufts.edu email to that account prior to using the Tufts login to Gradescope, a new Gradescope account is created with your tufts.edu email address. If you would like to merge the tufts.edu-based account with your existing account, email [email protected] with the following information:
- the two (or more) email addresses that the accounts are under (if known), and
- which email to keep as primary address after the merge
