How do I create a survey in Qualtrics?

In Qualtrics individual surveys are called "Projects".

Log into Qualtrics

Go to https://tufts.qualtrics.com and log in with SSO using your Tufts UTLN and password.

Click "Create a new project"

Choose the type of survey, questionnaire, or form you want to create

To create a simple survey, in the "From scratch" section choose "Survey".

Click "Get started"

Set up the survey name and other features then click "Create project"

  1. Give the survey a name
  2. Choose a folder to store the survey in (optional)
  3. Select how you would like to start creating the survey, either with a blank survey, or by copying another survey or importing a Qualtrics file
  4. Click "Create project"

You can optionally save your survey to a folder within Qualtrics.
