How do I insert notes/text/images into Qualtrics reports?
In the Report view click in any are of text, then click "Insert". From the dropdown menu choose "Text", "Image", or whatever content type you wish to insert
You can also include an image in the report that was included in the original survey. The steps below show you how —
In the "Survey" view of the survey click in the text box which contains the image, then click "Rich Content Editor"
Right click on the image and choose "Image Properties"
Copy the URL of the image then click "Cancel"
In the "Report" view of the survey mouse over where you would like to add the image and click "Insert" and "Image"
Paste the URL into the "Image URL" field and the image will appear in the image box
To preview your revised survey report click "View" and choose "Preview Public Report"
