How to Remove and Re-Add LockDown Browser to a Quiz
When you import content from one Canvas course to another, you will need to remove and re-add LockDown Browser to any quizzes, in order for it to work. This guide tells you how —
In the Canvas course go to the LockDown Browser dashboard
Quizzes that already have LockDown Browser added to them will include "Requires Respondus LockDown Browser" in their title, and will show "Required" in green
Click the dropdown arrow to the left of the quiz title and choose "Settings"
You will see that "Require Respondus LockDown Browser for this exam" is selected
Choose "Don't require Respondus LockDown Browser for this exam" and click "Save + Close"
You will see that the quiz no longer has the "LockDown Browser" text included in its title, and that it shows "Not Required" in gray
To Re-add LockDown Browser to the quiz, click the dropdown arrow to the left of the quiz title and choose "Settings"
Click "Require Respondus LockDown Browser for this exam" and continue setting the needed settings

Be sure to click "Save + Close" when you are done choosing settings
You will see that "Requires Respondus LockDown Browser" has been added back to the quiz title, and "Required" is again shown in green.
