How do I edit a Bongo assignment?
You can edit the assignment settings both in Canvas and in Bongo, depending on which changes you need to make.
To edit the assignment settings in Canvas go to Assignments in the course and click the title of the assignment
Click "Edit Assignment Settings" to access, modify and save the Canvas assignment settings
To edit the assignment settings in Bongo go to Assignments in the Canvas course and click the title of the assignment
Click the grey "Load..." button to open Bongo in a new tab in the browser
You'll see the Bongo assignment overview page
To edit the assignment settings:
- Click the small down triangle next to Overview
- Click Configure
Edit the assignment settings as needed.
NOTE: Once some students have made submissions some assignment details cannot be edited.
Students can typically only submit to a Bongo assignment one time. To allow them to resubmit an assignment you will need to reset it for them.
Be sure to click "Save" when you are done editing the assignment settings.
