How do I live stream a class?
Echo360 devices can live stream a class as it is being recorded. Students access the live stream on the Echo360 tool in their Canvas course site. After a stream ends, the recording is processed and appears on the Echo360 course page automatically.
Schedule a new capture or edit an existing one
Enter the title, capture settings, time and date
Select a course and section
You must auto-publish the capture to a course and section for it to be streamed.
Click the "Live" toggle
The capture is listed on the Echo course page
When capture starts, the stream becomes available. The currently-streaming class will have a pink broadcast icon, and students can click on the class title to access the stream.
