For some tasks, such as viewing reports, you would log in via the 'All Users' user group. For other tasks, such as managing projects, you would log in via the 'Administrators' user group.

Navigate to the login screen at https://tufts.bluera.com/tufts and select 'Administrators' as your user group. If the system does not allow you to ‘Select User Group’ as shown above, then your browser must be defaulting to a different group, which is incorrect and will bring you to the default experience.

To resolve the issue, please clear your cache, or use a different browser that does not already have your login data saved, and start again. Be sure to select 'Administrators' as your user group, and you will then be logged in as an Administrator.
