Some professors may request that students show proof of submission for their course evaluations. This is not required, but if you are comfortable doing so, this is easily obtained via the home page on the Blue course evaluation system. 

You can access Blue via the 'Course Evaluations' link in the left side navigation of any Canvas course, or via the link in the email notification.

Once on the home page, search for the specific course and take a screenshot. Be sure to include your name at the top of the screen as well as the status of the form in the screenshot.

A 'Completed' status shows that the form was submitted:
