Reports from the current year are stored in the 'Current' area in Blue. Reports from prior years (up to five years old) are stored in the 'Archived' area in Blue. While reports are never deleted, those older than five years are migrated to an expired state. 

If you need to gather historical course evaluation data for tenure and promotion cases, please reach out to [email protected] with the following information:

1 - professor's university email address 

2 - terms needed

3 - format needed (individual PDF reports or a single spreadsheet containing data for all of the terms)
