How do I share my Zoom windows and control bar?
In a Zoom meeting, when you share your screen, your Zoom windows and control bar are typically not included in the share view. You may wish to include them, especially if you are showing someone else how to use the features of Zoom. To make this happen, you must configure BOTH the browser and the Zoom app.
Configure the browser
Navigate to tufts.zoom.us, log in to your account with SSO (not email), and click on Settings.

Select Meeting on the top Nav bar, then click 'In Meeting (Basic)'

Click on In Meeting (Basic) and scroll down to find the 'Show Zoom windows during screen share' setting.

Toggle the switch to enable this setting.
Your browser configuration is complete.
Configure the app
Click the profile icon in the top right of the Zoom Workplace App

Launch the zoom.us desktop app on your computer, log in to your tufts.zoom.us account with SSO (not email), and click on your profile in the upper right hand corner to open the profile options.
Once the profile options are displayed, click on Settings.

Click Share screen from the settings menu
Toggle on 'Show my Zoom Workplace Application and meeting windows'
You can additionally choose to toggle on if you would like to share the tool bar, annotation bar and meeting notifications.
NOTE: Participants will only see your Zoom Workplaces windows if you are sharing your entire desktop.
