OASIS Course Roster - Student Report

The Student Report is a course specific report that will give an enrolled student report for a specific time period that includes the following:

  • Last name, First name
  • Start date and total weeks
  • Location
  • Student Level
  • Email address

A report could include a single rotation or multiple rotations.

  • Within the course header, select Student Report.

 

Select the Year, Department and Course.

Key Components of the Student Report:

  •  Email Report to logged to user or additional email address.
    • Add comma (",") between additional email addresses.
  • Select "Yes" for Quick Report
  • Click radio button "Weeks"
  • Select Starts on Date.
    • To select multiple dates, hold "Control" and click to select multiple dates.
  • Click one of the following buttons:
    • View Report
    • PDF Report
    • Email PDF Report
    • Refresh Students
