Adding, Editing and Inactivating a Student Groups for Event Calendar:
Student Group are assigned to the events, so if a student is enrolled within the OASIS course they can be added to the events as a group. This feature is good for managing specific groups within a course, such as Boston, Maine and All Y2 students since they attend different events within the same course.
Student Group names are added within the calendar import file or added within the individual event if using the OASIS Interface.
- Import - Through a XLSX or CSV import, students can be imported into multiple groups within a single import.
- Export Selected - Export
- Delete Selected
- Reselect Year
- Add Group
