OEA Evaluation Staff - Deactivating Min # of Evaluation for Students at Location with No Resident
1. Course > Evaluations > Manage Required Forms
2. Click on "Edit students" for the appropriate evaluation, which was found in Report: Evaluation - Summary of Faculty Evaluations By Evaluation.
3. Change the minimum required to 0 or remove the student from the required evaluations. Remove All will remove all students at that location for the course in that start and end date.
4. Click Save All and Delete.
