1. Log-In
   • Go to Oasis Login https://tufts-dental.oasisscheduling.com
   • Select “Tufts Students and Staff”
   • Use your Tufts Username and Tufts password that you use for Tufts email.

2. Click “Reselect Year” on the Top Tool Bar
   • Select “Reselect Year” and click Enter “2025-2026.”

3. Click on the “Lottery” tab
   • All available selections for sites and rotations are listed in alphabetical order by the state where they are located and then by the name of the site. The rotation dates that they are available are listed on the left side.

4. Reorder Selections
   • Reorder all selections according to your preferences, with number 1 being your  first selection.

5. Update Order
   • After each reordering of lottery selections, click “Update order”.
   • It is recommended to frequently click “Update order” after any change.

Once a selection or group of selections have been made, a message:

You have unsaved changes. Please use the "Update order" button to save them and avoid losing your work.              

It is recommended to Click "Update order" with each change.          

After each save of "Update order," a "Successfully updated order." prompt will appear.  Click "Close" to continue reordering the selections.
