Printing / Downloading Event Rosters

Oasis allows "Calendar View Admins" to access the rosters of individual events.

Open the Manage Tab and choose Reports

Select the "TUFTS - Events Rosters" Report

Choose Dates - optional - Choose the date of the first and last event you want to appear in the report

Choose Course - You must select a course or multiple courses to appear in the report

View or Email the Report

Click "View Report" to review or filter the report.

You can choose to have the report emailed to you as a CSV (recommended) Excel or TSV.

 

Filter Report

Use the "Filter by" fields to select only the events that you are interested in. For instance, if you add 9:00 to the "start-time" field you will only see the morning rotations.

Export / Print Report

"Export List as CSV" will email you a copy of the current table.

"Print View" will show the current view in an easily printable format. Use control-P (PC), or command-P(Mac) to print the current view.
