How to Log Attendance

Note: The individual schools set the policy for attendance periods. Consult your school's academic policies and guidelines to know how many minutes after the start of the event you can log your attendance.

Use the QR Code presented

Use your phone camera to point at the code and click on the link that appears. This QR code is unique for every event.

Log in with your Tufts Username and Password (if prompted)

If your default browser is already logged into Tufts services, and it is set to allow cookies, you will skip this step.  

Log in with DUO (If Prompted)

If your default browser is already logged into Tufts services, and it is set to allow cookies, you will skip this step.  

Logging into a Web app on your phone with Duo can be counterintuitive. If you are having trouble, follow these steps. 

  1. Minimize the browser that was opened by the QR code.
  2. Open the Duo app on your phone
  3. Check your SMS and enter the code into Duo
  4. Reopen the browser window that you minimized earlier
  5. The Oasis attendance success/failure message (see screenshot below) should be shown to you
  6. If you don't see the success or failure message, use the back button or rescan the QR code
