How do I post a Discussion for a section?
Once you have created a course site section, you can post a Discussion Board visible to only members of a specific section.
Go to Discussions
Click Add (+) Discussion
Under Post To, use the dropdown box to select the section
Note: You can remove "All Sections" by clicking on the "X"
