How do I link to an Office 365 document in a Canvas Rich Text Editor (Announcements / Assignments / Syllabus / Discussions / Quizzes / Pages)?
Instructors and Students can link to an Office 365 document in any Canvas text box.
Go to the Canvas text box

NOTE: The example above is from a Canvas Syllabus text box. However, Office 365 documents can be linked in any Canvas text box (Announcements / Assignments / Syllabus / Discussions / Quizzes / Pages)
Place your cursor in the text box where you want the link to appear, click More External Tools icon and select Office 365

This displays the Office 365 One Drive dialogue box.
NOTE: You may have to log into your Tufts Office 365 account.
Checkmark the file you want to link, then click Attach File

This adds the Office 365 link to the file in the Canvas text box - Example:
