Student: - How do I sign-up for an appointment group?
If your instructor has created an appointment group sign-up for your class, you can sign-up for an appointment through Canvas.
Go to your Calendar
This displays your Canvas calendar.
Make sure the class calendar for the course is active
Active course calendars have colored boxes. if the class calendar is inactive (un-colored box), click on the box to activate it.
Click Find Appointment
This displays a find appointment dialogue box
Use the Dropdown box to locate the course, then click Submit
This adds the course appointment group sign-up slots to your calendar.
Click on one of the available appointment slots, add any comments (if desired) then click Reserve
This reserves your appointment slot.
An email will automatically be sent to you and your instructor
Placing your cursor over the time slot will display the appointment details - Example:
You can also see your appointment in your Calendar by clicking on the appointment
