How do I submit a progress report for a student?
To submit a progress report for a student, navigate to the progress report tool in the course that the student is registered in.
Once the progress report screen is displayed, locate the student's name in the roster and click Notify Advising Team to open the report for that student.
Note that you can click Access Report to see a student's progress activity in the course (page views, assignments submitted, etc.).
The form will open in a pop-up window. Enter all relevant information (you may choose to check the box to 'Send a copy to student') and click Submit Report when you are done.
The report will be sent to the Advising Dean's Team.
Note: if you chose to check the box to 'Send a copy to student', the student for who you are filling out the report will also receive a copy via email.
