How do I copy Media Gallery Videos from one Canvas Course site to another Canvas Course site?
Video embedded in a Canvas text box (Syllabus, Pages, Announcements, Discussions, Quizzes) will be automatically copied to the new course site as part of the normal Canvas import process.

Videos located in the Canvas Media Galley tool need to be copied to the new Canvas course site following the directions below:
Go to the NEW Canvas course site and click on Media Gallery
This displays the course site Media Gallery
Click on the button in the upper right that looks like three stacked bars and select "Import"
This displays a dialogue box containing the name of the course sites that you have permission to import Media Gallery videos from.
Select the course that you want to copy from, then click "Import"
This will import the Media Gallery video to the new site.
Click "Click Here" to refresh the Media Gallery Page
The videos should now be displayed in the Media Gallery tool of the new site.
