How do I remove a video from the Media Gallery?
Instructors can remove media from a Canvas course site's Media Gallery without deleting it from their My Media library.
Go to the Canvas course site's Media Gallery
Select Detailed View
The Detailed View icon looks like three vertically-stacked broken lines. When this view is selected, videos will appear in a list with thumbnails to the left.
Find the video you want to remove from the Media Gallery
To the right of the video title find the small gray action icons
Click the "circle-with-an-x" icon to remove the video
In the Remove Media pop-up window click "Remove"
