Navigate to the course that the student is registered in and click the Progress Report tool in the left side navigation.

Note that the first time you access the Progress Report tool, you will see an alert asking you to authorize the app.  Click Authorize.

The tool will load in the Canvas window.  See next article for how to submit a report.
