How do I add a question from an Item Bank to a New Quizzes quiz?

In a Canvas course, go to any existing New Quizzes quiz, or click "+Quiz" to create a new quiz

Click "+" to add a new question

Click on the Item Bank icon

Click on the name of the Item Bank from which you want to select a question

To add a question from that Item Bank to the quiz, click on the "+" next to the question

This adds the question to the quiz.
